Having served as a space to impress royal guests to the electors of the Holy Roman Empire, the King’s Hall in Heidelberg Castle is a fittingly exclusive location. The saloon already served the electors for representation purpose and builds the kick-off for the Baltic nations Kommers.

Kommers of the sororities7.00 p.m., Verbindung Karlsruhensia, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 52
The members of the sororities meet first for a tour in Aula and Karzer of Heidelberg University, then have a festive ceremony at the house of Karlsruhensia and afterwards go to the restaurant Schnookeloch.

Ladies’ evening 7.00 p.m., University square
All other participating Ladies will meet at 7.00 p.m. at the university square for a guided tour through the historical Heidelberg. Dinner takes place at 8.30 p.m. at the restaurant Zum Güldenen Schaf located at Hauptstrasse 115.
The ladies will join after the official part of the Kommers at the Königssaal in the Heidelberg castle.
Church service 10.00 a.m., market square
Procession from the church to the Prince Carl Palais (ca. 200 meters)
It is currently planned for participants to start at the Church and process across the Marketplace and Cornmarket up to the Miror Hall of the Prince Carl-Palais.

The ceremonial act will take place in the Mirror Hall of the Prince Carl-Palais. If there will be any changes, we will communicate this in time. The Speech will be held by ambassador a.d. Rüdiger von Fritsch on the topic «Turning point in history, Putin’s war and the consequences».
Seating and standing room will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Europe ball 7.00 p.m., Molkenkurweg
The ball will take place at Schlosshotel Molkenkur, up above the castle, from there, fascinating views over the city on the Neckar are possible. Dance music appropriate to the festive setting will be provided.

River cruise 10.30 a.m. Entry, Pier Kongresshaus
To provide restorative morning sustenance following the evening’s enjoyment, we have booked a river cruise boat. with a typical ‘morning after’ breakfast of white sausages (Weißwürste); the cruise will be scheduled to leave participants ample time to begin their return journey in the afternoon.
The boat will depart at 11.00 a.m. and return to the Kongresshaus pier at 2.00 p.m.
